After you open your eyes use the tangerine technqiue for focus and concentration.

We enter the Accelerated Learning State to give ourselves some instructions. We state our purpose and affirm our intended experience throughout the process.

It helps to lower the defences in place that would block our other than conscious mind's awareness of the importance, to us, of the material being PhotoRead. Then during activation it helps reach through our defences to notice our body, mind connection because we told our other than conscious mind that this is important to us.

The defence mechanism I am referring to it what keeps our body going. It takes over everything we don't need to do consciously and allows us to do them automatically.

The peripheral awareness is one of the automatic functions handled by the other than conscious mind and while this is useful to the PhotoReading process itself it's not much good if we want conscious awareness. So we use the Accelerated Learning State to give the other than conscious mind some instruction, to make it aware of what we want to achieve.
