As far as models go, I usually photo read a book by somebody I'd like to model, and then use new behavior generator for a specific behavior. Also TV and Movies are also great source for models.
As far as de Bono you might benefit from the "borrowed genius" image stream every day for a few weeks.
The reason I like persuasion engineering so much is that it is just a kick to read. It generally gives me a more playful attitude towords life in general.
