Ok, the two CRITICAL things are these.
Practice, practice, practice photofocus. Where the eyes diverge on everything, and I mean everything. A practice using it on a biro, making the biro appear as a double etc., on my fork and knife at the dinner table, when looking at people I try to make three eyes appear on their face, when walking down the street I try photofocus on the lamp poles making two poles appear. It is really fun to do. After a little while of the fun endeavour yours eyes will naturally become divergent, i.e. not as make effort is required to see a doubling of everything.
Next, you have to trust your OTC. We really have to believe in it. That it is another you working behind the scenes and does all the work but gets none of the credit. One way is to apply the PWMS and the other is trying to second guess certain things. Like which elevator is going to open first, or what the colour of the car around the next be is going to be, or who are you going to talk to next etc.
