Most definitely. Do you remember the fairytale, Hansel and Gretel. I love the analogy we can drawn to our own lives.
The bread crumbs that were dropped act as markers on a journey, from point A to point B. Now a person is also able to leave markers in their own life. Point A in this case being the day we are born and point B being the present moment. We are able to deliberately leave markers for ourselves and at other times the present moment leaves its mark on us (something exciting is happing or a major trauma has occurred). These are the memories/moments of time, that are so easy to recall. We all have them.
So getting to your point about reminiscing about the feeling we had after the reading is a BIG yes in my books. You are emphasising a feeling in a moment of time, making that space of time more memorable. In the future, when you travel back in time, through recalling passes memories, that feeling will definitely act as an additional trigger when recall is needed.
