Remember your purpose. Those 20 - 25 trigger words (30 says you're spending too much time previewing) are like filling the tank to reach a destination. For most books thats more than you need for a textbook you might need pull some more trigger words to refuel. Textbooks are longer usually a longer journey. And the tank is ready for the next trip. You will reach a point where you no longer write down trigger words for the average book you'll notice 5 to 8 and proceed from there.
Form one or two questions to start it's much less intimidating.
In the seminar we activate for 3 to 8 minutes and then talk about the activation. What they noticed and what they considered important. Everyone throws in their findings and they notice that with the stuff they hear from others they are saying yeah I saw that but didn't consider it important for my purpose. The point is they were able to confirm they too are aware of that being in the book. No one has ever gone... "Where did they say that?" The difference is in the purpose of the reader.
