Shorten the activation do 2 10-minute one. You'll get more questions. It appears what you are doing is studying mind mapping and have created a course from the book. I'f that's your goal then that's fine.
You can learn mind mapping formally in one day so I suggest you spend no more than 4 hours with the book. Spend more time doing mind mapping than reading.
No matter how detailed you want to get with a book you do not spend more than 8 minute doing a preview and should collect only 20 to 25 trigger words.
