Hello Learning Strategies.

Yesterdayago I photoread 13 books in one day (11 of 300 pages, and 2 of 1500 pages – total of 5500 pages). And in the bed I was listening to the Memory Super Charger. That night I had a nightmare with vampires, ghosts, and storm sea. Is something wrong or this is right?

I want to know - am I on the right way. Sometimes some ideas come out to me out of nowhere. Some words came to me, like: genome, glycerin, and some others. When I read a scientific book or a book with big amounts of information I have headaches. When I read something easy like fiction books – I don’t have them.

Here is what I do:
1. I preview the whole book, turning at once 2-10 pages.
2. I clarify a purpose
3. I enter the accelerative learning state (3 to 1 method)
4. I imagine a relaxation scene.
5. I do affirmations
6. I do a one turn for a one syllable of a chant (Re-{turn}-lax-{turn}-keep-{turn}-{the state}-…)
7. I do closing affirmations
8. I count forward from 1 to 5
9. I wait 24 hours for the incubation
10. I super read and dip

Am I doing all right?

that looks about right, yet i would change 1 and 2 the other way, then go with it as is.

Affirm and purpose

Purpose - Prepare - Activate
Review purpose; Activate more?

Prepare is important too.

Alex, if you don't mind me asking, why do you need to state your purpose so many times? Isn't once just enough?

You be surprised how much it can change once you build conscious familiarity with the book. As you preview you might find it covers more than the title implied expanding your propose for a more detailed activation.

As you activate you need to check in that you are activating for your purpose and not got side tracked by passive reading or guilt because you haven't read every word with the conscious mind.
If you have met your purpose there is no need to activate further. However something in the book might have given you another purpose for activating some more.

Let's say, for example, that I'm studying for a test or an exam, my purpose would be to cover all the objectives contained in each chapter, right?

Well that's not a purpose.

It would be your goal but no you reason for doing it.

In that case, what would be my purpose when studying for a test or an exam? To score an A?

What's the point of getting an A?

It could be a purpose but why would it be a purpose?

Purpose formula is something like this

A am [... ] so I can [goal / desired outcome] = purpose

A purpose explains what you are doing so you
can reach a goal. It's one of the many things you do towards the finished product.

Like baking a Fruit cake.

I am turning on the oven so I can have fruit cake. = purpose

I am adding the flour and fruit so I can have fruit cake = purpose

I am mixing the batter so I can have fruit cake.

Or someone else might say, I am 'taking my car keys', 'driving to the shops', 'searching the isle', 'buying the fruit cake', so I can have fruit cake.

(As they say there is more than one way...)
