Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ PhotoReading, Memory Optimizer what can I do during the "break time"?

Hello, I am a new guy to PR and just started to feel the power of it. However, there's a question that I would like to ask.
There's a break time we need to fresh our mind after the photoreading. I was wondering what should I do during this period. Is it appropriate that I read another article? Or should I be relaxed not to do anything else? The other question would be if you have 2 books needed to be read, should I do it at once or separatedly? Thank you~~

you can read another article during your break. When you mention about reading 2 books if you mean by reading you mean activating each individual book will have its own activation session.

I think it is a good idea to do something different than reading/learning during your break, or at least a light stretch of your arms and legs, etc. Ideally, stand up, walk around, go for a glass of water... you get the idea.

After the PhotoReading step the break should be at least 20-minutes for a book (articles and short text yo can activate immediately)

What to do during your break... Ask a mum I'm sure she'll have plenty of suggestions. Make the bed walk the dog, take out the garbage.

Ask a friend. go surfing, play a video game, go cruisin.

Ask your significant other... Enough said!

Ask a child play a game outside, lay on the ground and watch a bug.

Okay during a 5-minute break from activation. Edu-k. Brain gym.. Get up and make your own coffee. Get a fresh glass of water... walk to the fridge... bathroom break. Listen to a favourite song. Make a quick phone call (if that's humanly possible )...

Mostly get away from the study area

The 15-minute break is pretty much the same as the 20-minute break make the bed for the heck of it.

For two books be sure to State your purpose and affrim intent before each book you can do one after the other. You don't need to spend as much time entering the Accelerated Learning State the second, 3rd, 4th or 5th time. After 5 take a break it probably took 20-minutes to do them all.

However, for Alex, as you mentioned in your reply "the 5 minute break from activation" and the "15 minute break".
I am sorry, maybe because my book was the older version or some other reason, I was not aware there were such "breaks" besides the 20 minute break. Can you explain more about this. ThanK you very much!!!

One more thing that I had just had in mind. (Sorry for bothering all your time again) In the book it said that the break should at least be 20 minutes but the best would be 24 hours. Does it really make a difference? Because like all you've said, stay away from reading during the break time. If I have to have 24 hours for break time, there will be no time for me to read more?

The 5-minute and 15-minute breaks are discussed on the forum. It's for longer period of studying. Work 20-minute, break 5, Work 20-minute, break 5, Work 20 minutes break at least 15. Repeat 2 more 20-minute periods with a 5-minute break. At this point you'll have worked about 2 hours ... give it a real rest like 30-minute meal break longer is better.

The 20-minute incubation time after PhotoReading is the minimum amount of time recommended for a book ideally leave it overnight.

I read my post again and I don't believe I said "don't to anything..." In fact someones mum might say well get started on your science reading and you just PhotoRead your history book... Hey brilliant heres a thought PhotoRead another book.. or two or three or ten

Just leave that particular book alone for a nice incubation period and activate yesterdays book if you're so inclined.
