Hi,
Do you think it is OK to listen mantra during the photofocus phase to maintain a relax state?

this is one of them questions, that you really need to do for your self, I can photoread, while listening to rock music, or in a queit room, it really does not make that much of a diffrence to me, yet some people, need to focus more then others, so the best way, for you to find out is to give it a go, yet you also have to remember, that using a mantra, might also slow you down, as if you get used to using the mantra, then you might become dependent on it. this is not always the case, yet its something to think about.

One thing I do like to listen too is OKDO Japanese drums. and just make my own mantra up with the beats.

"Using a recored mantra" might slow you down. as it might not fit, with the specific learning at hand."

Say the chant. If you have a mantra that works for you by all means use it. Don't rely on a recording though. It becomes an excuse not to PhotoRead when you cannot find it or don't have it with you. It's best if you say the chant or mantra yourself.
