Hi there,

I started the photo reading course years ago and never finished it, mostly because of trouble with my eye sight and astimatism, headaches and yes, also because I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and not creating time for things other than what is directly infront of me... anyway. i was wondering if you have any tips of people with very bad eyesight and astigmatism, and how it effects the course.

Just use the imaginary X-technique don't even consider bothering with the blip page at this time. Be playful and just do it. See what happens each time you do it. after a while you'll notice it's just getting better and easier to do naturally.

should a wear my glasses or not?
I was thinking, when I look at a page without the glasses it is blurry/fuzzy anyway, kinda like soft vision, probably better to use them.
I have heard that some people have successfully corrected their own vision. now that would be something interwsting to read about. This morning I flicked through 2 books about montessori, i didnt read them word for word... i just looked "softly" at everypage as a whole. i feel inspired that that information has been introduced to my mind, even though i don't quite understand it yet. it must be in there somewhere now. now to get the brain to retrieve it ;-) I think i need to get the course back out, and start it from scratch... and actually "do it" and finish it this time. lol. a little nutty, but i think i do believe it can work.

For the PhotoReading step it might not be necessary however for activation you'll probably continue to wear them. A handful of people have improved their vision with PhotoReading. It depends in part on the nature of the problem in the first place.
