I've completed cd 2 that works on preveiwing and super reading and dipping. Maybe it's me and that I just have a hard time remembering or even comprehending information quickly but it seems to me that even after going through the exercises I'm still having some problems in this area. I've been able to grab a word or two from the text as I super read and dip but most of the time i'm going through the text I have to fight to keep from reading word for word and when I just blaze down the page trying the tech's in the book I still don't have that much idea what it was I read, and the questions on page 47 of the work book did nothing to jog my memory about the test article on page 29 "The Art of Reading to Your Full Capacity.." Is it a memory problem I have or is it a problem with recognition? Also when I read (espeically when I read fast as the course instructs me to...)I have a problem with phrases meaning, meaing I will see 2 phrases and will have trouble puting them together to make a sentence that I can understand when I read. That causes me to re-read until I get what that any 2 phrases are in a sentence.

Help me out here... Is it that my ogrganization skills for studying just down right horrible, or what? I know that its only cd 2 of 8 (i'll be on cd 3, the actual photo reading technique, the next day...) but what am I not getting here? If I were to go read any book using the techniques mentioned (superreading/dipping) and got tested on it right now I'd fail miserably....

Keep going with the course. This is just a practice run you'll notice a difference when you apply Superread and dip on material you have PhotoRead.

You picked up the main points of the lesson. To notice a word or two. The desire to slow down and just read is one of the anchors from how you first learned to read. Once you have the rest of the system to apply this is something you'll overcome. Reading phrases or two reading for meaning becomes much easier.

As far as the experience with Superread and dip so far. You're on the right track and doing fine. It comes together with the rest of the course and is not something you need to perfect right now. After all you haven't PhotoRead the text you are playing with and haven't had much experience with this.

It's like riding a bike with training wheels over rough terrain. The experience gets smoother and is vastly different when the training wheels come off.
