I only own the book PR-WMS. I have 2 quick questions.
1- is the procedure described for entering state smt. like PMR (progressive muscular relaxation)or am I losing time trying to master PMR ...
2- if three deep breaths is enough to calm my mind should I try to achieve a deeper state before PRing?
3- after placing the tangerine at the top back part ....
a- am I supposed to roll my eyes up while imagining it there?
b- should I hold that image there for a while for a few inhale- exhale cycles or 1 inhalation followed by 1 exhalation is enough?

and lastly
4- will imagining my tangerine changing through colors of red-orange-yellow-green-blue-violet wt each consecutive breath take me to the accelerative learning state with less stress? ( I developped this twist of tangerine technique for myself its fun)

1.
If you already have experience with progressive relaxation entering the Accelerated Learning State should be easy enough and can be done in a mere 3 to 5 minutes for a beginner> Even if you don't know progressive relaxation.

After about a month you'll be entering the Accelerated Learning State in mere seconds with 3 deep breaths.

2.
Why waste more time? Just be sure to use the Accelerated Learning State to state your purpose and affirm your intent.

3. Tangarine = Ideal state for reading

3a.
If you roll your eyes back into your head you're hardly going to be able to see the pages of the book. Just notice the feeling you have on the top of your head, be aware of the tangerine. That's all.

3b.
Just place the tangerine, be aware of it and smile.

4.
The tangerine has nothing to do with the Accelerated Learning State. the Accelerated Learning State is the 3, 2, 1 purpose and affirm.

Tangerine is the Ideal State. Geting into a type of flow state for reading.

The Accelerated Learning State lightens up when you open your eyes. It's to help you to prepare for later activation.

The Ideal state (tangerine) you use whenever you are reading. Your awareness with be there to some degree while you are, PhotoReading, rhythmicly perusing, Superreading and dipping or skittering. It can even be used for writing.
