As the subject says, I'm a little confused about what can I use for starting with pr. I red here that is quite well to start with everything I can use, in other posts I red that for starting I can use only simple books. So, what can I use? Can I be quite calm using everything I find?

The second question I've is the follow. I've red in the Paul's book about the preparation phase, which is, in short, "close your eyes, be conscious about your body, your breath, be calm and establish a purpose. THEN, place the tangerine behind your head". Here I've red about "3-2-1 technique" which I knew is necessary for starting PR phase. What's the right way?

Third question (maybe I'm attempting to your patience). During PR phase, if I see the blip page am I right? In every case I mean, during photoreading am I ok if I see the blip page (staying concentrated and relaxed)?

thanks again, bye

When you know how to use the system you use it on everything.

When you're learning the system you need to have a starting point.

Starting Poin + non fiction books of about 200 to 250 pages on topics that interest you. Activate until they gel.

Tangerine = ideal state. For focus on the book; improved concentration. Use whenever reading anything.

3 = Body relax 2 = mind relax 1 = Accelerated Learning State. To affirm your intent and purpose. In other words make a mental note of what you plan to do and how you plan to be when you do it. Focus on the positive outcome you desire.

It depends on how you are seeing the blip page. Soft, divergent gaze is correct. Cross-eyed is incorrect.
