Hi David

Have you noticed, that we humans seem to have, more thoughts, going on, that are not altogether helpful?

Now one of the really self incriminating things we do, is we compare our selves, to everyone else, and we are trained, through our education system, through the radio, through adverts, magazines, that this label, means your apart of this group or that group, if you have this or that, your better than him or her, and we are trained to look out side of our selves, and to be overly self judgemental, because we are training to get what, everyone else wants, and as everyone seems to want the same, then we seem to have created, a impoverished, mind set, that being there is not enough to go around, so we need to create labels, and classifications, that embodies, a victim, mentality.

Now I know that is a set of generalizations, yet it fits for so many people, I know it was my grounding for a very long time, I was always looking to others for gratification and I never got it, It took some very self destructive, behaviour for me to wake up, and know, that the only person, in this world that is going to look after my needs, was me, and the only best that is important, and I have to compare too, is my own personal best, if you do that with yourself, and you know that your giving it you all, then pass or fail, you would have learned something.

So what’s the point of my rambling, you have to find, your own path, consider doing self comparisons, get your head out from your past, its happened, you did your test, and exams, and you got the scores, you did, them and now you’re here.

Can you learn faster? Yes, are you going to allow your self the time, to mess up? As that’s an important part of learning adventure.

Now I will add more to this, in a little while, as I have had a bit of a brain fog, for a while. And am getting back into life again.

Yet if you want to send me e-mail I’m in the uk. And would be happy to chat.
