hello , I'm new here but have been studying photoreading from the book itself which I have for about a year now.
My main point of contention is using the photofocus or "soft gaze". I can see the blip page no problem I even concentrate on the white between , trying to see the text as a graphiv rather than words .Only that I find myself getting dizzy after fliping 20 pages mainly with the strain of keeping that photofocus and I'm not crossiing my eyes btw. Any tips for this fustrating hurdle?
I have tried the alternative of the "X" technique in the page. Although I'm not sure if im doing this right. Is it always necessary to maintain a soft focus even with the page turned upside down?
