I learned the Psi ability of "Scanning" from Eric Pepin (www.higherbalance.com) and I honestly didn't get Photoreading to work for me until I started scanning the books and not necessarily photoreading them.
Scanning is touching something with your heart energy and "feeling" it rather than using a sense to sense it. I got a hand out from Higher Balance with a course I bought from them called "Mind Touch" that teaches it. It's on sale now for $19 but I think you have to call them to get that price. When I photoread the pages I Mind Touch them instead and don't rely on the eyes to do the work. It's pretty cool.
