www.higherbalance.com/modules But I do have to warn you that you probably won't be able to get it to work unless you also do the Foundation Set. The Foundation meditation is just that, a foundation. Without the foundation you can't build anything on it. Most people only have their "psi" energy to call upon (which is the energy genarated by your nervous system) and it's not enough to do psychic work, unless you're Silvia Browne and you're being fed ethereavienously from a spirit guide, but that's another story. You need something else, a different kind of fuel. That' s what the foundation set teaches you how to do- how to get it.
The only other alternative is to take Chunyi Lin's Qi Gong course. If you know how to harness energy his way I think that' s good enough. I said the heck with being picky and did both.
