How long did this take you to learn btw? How much ( to excuse a pun) foundation did you have on these techniques previously if any?
As you might imagine I am a little aprehensive about the cost but if it works what the heck.
I just hope your not going to tell me I need a sufficient level of chi channeling, chakra development or kabbalhic initiation to comes to grip with this.
