I've come to this site a few times over the past couple of weeks. I'm a grad student and don't have much money to spare, so I'm kind of hesitant when it comes to spending money on something I'm not quite sure about. I would love to believe that these tapes will work for me, but I truly don't know where to begin. I look at the list of paraliminals and I want to buy them all. Haha... so, does anyone have any suggestions? Where should I start? Is it best to only do one tape at a time?
