During the activation step before dipping what kind of questions from the book should I ask myself ?Do I need to ask myself what exactly every trigger word mean?Like what does this trigger word mean about?

No one can tell you what questions you need to ask since it depends on your purpose.

What do you want to know from the book. That is the foundation of your question.

Thanks Alex. Can u give an example for activation.Lets take photoreading a chapter that contains about ten to twenty pages.After doing the photoreading step is review .During review I have to look the subtitle and trigger words all over again just like preview but with asking some question .What kind of question?My purpose is to understand every trigger words meaning .Is that a good purpose.If a book or a chapter that contains with lots of lots of trigger words it seems that I really need to spend a lot of time on dipping and activation .

Not unless you're learning a language and expanding your vocabulary. No it's not a good trigger word.

If you're pulling more than 5 trigger words from a ten page chapter you wasting time. and spending too much time in preview.

Postview is where you start forming questions to meet your purpose. And on a 10 page or so chapter is a waste of time. Look at your list of trigger words, decide what you want to know and then find the answer.
