Another question:

What happens if my eyes feel uncomfortable when I photoread? Does this suggest I'm doing something wrong?

I did all the steps properly (with the stated purpose, affirmations) and the 3-2-1 method before photoreading. But as I photoread, I notice my eyes began to hurt and sometimes everything literally became blurry. Even after I finished the photoreading session, everything continued to look blurry for a few minutes before my 'vision' returned.

Also, as I photoread, seeing the imaginary x or the 4 corners is real simple. I'm also quite good at making the blip smaller or larger as I want (it's something I've been able to do ever since I was a kid), and so doing 3d stereogram images are a real piece of cake for me. So in this sense, I'm quite sure that I'm gazing correctly but I don't know what's causing my eyes to 'strain' and become so blurry.

Any thoughts?
