Any tips on how to visualize the energy column in the forming of Yin and Yan? I am usually alright with visualizing objects I know when I do meditations using Holosync (I am ok with that because in the end it's simply remembering what I have seen before), but the energy column is somehow a concept I don't have an image of because I haven't "seen" it before. It's like explaining snow to someone living in the desert.
The trouble with the video is that the column is white where it should be transperent, which admittedly is difficult to show.

Do you keep visualizing the energy through all the exercizes or does feeling take over?

Keep experimenting until you come up with something that works for you. Feel the energy too.

Eventually it is just there. You see it, you hear it, you feel it. Through your entire practice.

Pete, do you mean actually tanglible seeing, hearing and feeling? or imagined perception?

I'd certainly perfer the first, but a strong enough imagination works just the same.

How long does it take to develop acute abilities of perception?

Everyone is different. Some people right away, and other people not so right away.

I have been working with Image Streaming to improve my visualization skills, and it is coming along nicely, but are there any books that might also be of assistance in such a matter?

Nearly all of our programs work day by day to develop visualization skills.
