I just received the program and while I am learning, I found several things I have questions about.
1. Is it okay to pick one exercise and only do that, say for twenty minutes or so and not do the entire program. In other words is there a benefit if one were to just pick one of the exercises?
2. Is there any harm in practicing in front of a mirror? I read that we shouldn't sleep in a mirrored room.
3. If you wanted to walk as an addition to the program, should you walk before the exercises or after or during?
4. How long after eating should you wait to exercise? How long after exercising should you wait to use the bathroom? What about showering immediately after exercising?

I hope these are not tedious questions. So far I have really enjoyed the learning process and really look forward to learning
more.

1) Yes, you can stay with any one exercise as long as you want. You would not have to go on to any other exercise.

2) There is no harm in practicing in front of the mirror. It can help you with your form.

3) Walk any time.

4) 20-30 minutes is a sufficient wait time. It is best, too, to wait 20 minutes after exercise before showering. Since that isn't always possible, do the best you can. One day last week I simply ran out of morning time, and took a shower right away. Just make sure the bathroom and the water is not cold.

Enjoy.

I'll add a little to what Pete said.

1) There's a part of you that may know certain excercises will be more beneficial to you, so by all means, do what you gotta do.

2)In front of a mirror can also help in visualizing which directs the energy better(yi guides the chi).

3)The ideas presented in Qigong can be used while performing any activity to make them/you more efficient/healthy.

4)Try eating after excercising. If you shower after excercising and your body temperature is up, don't take a cold shower, the drastic change in body temperature could cause you to faint.

Stay curious.

If you eat, stay away from cold or hot foods.
