I am thinking of doing Centerpointe, but I am concerned about doing both of these programs at the same time. Any ideas??

I used both & Claire presently does. Again, you are better off knowing intuitively something about the direction you personally want to take in life. Even the best programs may not work for someone who has not set some personal goals. This way, you will receive inner guidance; your chances of making mistakes will be less. Meeting goals allows one to view a program in a different light.

Susan,
I do both programs as Margaret said and enjoy them. But, I would not recommend that you start both at the same time. I think that would be really hard and suggest that you start with only one and stay with it until you feel ready to move to the other. It really doesn't matter which one as that are both really good. If you do have any health problems, then Qigong might be the one to do first. After you are comfortable with one, then you might want to begin the other.

I do both Centerpointe and Qigong. The only problem that I find is that you have to make a committment of time. 90 minutes of Qigong and 60 minutes of Centerpointe (seems like the minimum to be effective for me) takes a lot of focusing. But, the end result is what I am looking for and I am willing to do this for now. However, I think the advice in the previous post was approiate, pick one if you are just beginning and then determine what is best for you.

I also do both Qigong and H/S at Centerpointe. (Tony M)
However, I do Qigong a few time during the
day for 10 minutes and so far have lots of
gained energy.
