Hello!
I do (or try to do ) both Holosync and Qigong. But I just can't find enough time to do 1 hour of Holosync+Active exercises+sitting meditations. So, does Holosync substitute Sitting M.? Or, can I do both at the same time? If not, which is better to do :active exercises(30 minutes), sitting meditation (30 minutes), or 15 minutes each, doing both? I can't spend more time, because I also have to exercise. Or can I do less exercise because of Qigong? I'm not in for heavy exercises. Just 1 hour of aerobics everyday.

Thank you!

Holosync does not substitute for a Sitting Meditation.

Over a several day period you want to be doing 75% Active Exercise and 25% Sitting Meditation. So for every three hours of Active, get in one hour of Sitting.
