When exhaling during the Breathing the Universe exercise, we visualize sickness and unbalanced energy turning to smoke and shooting out to the ends of the universe. Can we do this globally and preventively, by thinking of any and all physical problems, known and unknown, turning to smoke and shooting out? Or is it better to concentrate on one (or more?) particular physical problem at one time? And is "one time" in this context the same as one exhalation, or does it comprise all exhalations in the exercise in one session?
Thanks.
