Gallen, you have a path that suits you. Stick to it. Don Juan: All paths lead nowhere, so choose a path w/ a heart. A path w/ a heart is a path that speaks to your condition.
I personally feel that Chunyi Lin is a Master. I certainly would want to meet him in person if i were you. If you really want to help yourself w/ meditation, then connect w/ him on some level & ask for help. You'll get it. Masters are like paraliminals!
, listen & then just do the next thing. Bank on it working. I'd also get a photo of Master Chunyi Lin. You know we always have photos of those we love around. More so w/ Masters.
If you want to read more on CRI stuff, go to their newsletters b/c they are archived. But, you already have a path w/ your heart in it.

It does allow me to bring in my spiritual preferences. I do know I am somewhat a novice yet at meditation, and I want to focus on that. As I said, I know SFQ nutures that direction, and , I believe, and have found to be true, that focusing on one thing bears fruit. This is my mission! I do understand that if something isn't being addressed, and you are pursuing self healing accross the board, looking to what you need to accomplish that is justified. Enough for now. I wish everyone health and happiness in their pursuits.
