I was praciting the Qigong excercise from a reference I found at http://www.mnwelldir.org/docs/qigong/qigong3.htm
and something interesting and strange happened .. i was using my wireless headphones listening to music while doing the excersise .. after few minutes into the excersise i began hearing static in the headphoes and it kept getting louder. i took the headphones off and finihsed the excersise.. afterwards i tried adjusting the frequency for the headphone reciever but all i got was static, i coudlnt synch it up with the transmiter.. its kind of wierd how it just stroped working like that. I wonder if it has anything to do with Qi energy interfering with the radio frequencies?

now some questions .. what do people usualy feel when they do this Qigong excersise ?? the reason im asking is because i would like to know if what i'm feeling is the Qi energy. I feel a tingling/goosebump feeling down my arms and back during the excersise. I did notice the swaying when i started the excercise, as Pete and someone else mentioned in another thread. First i though my ballance is messed up, but I guess thats normal for begginers. In a short while after the excersize i get a trembling feeling that goes up and down my body in waves. It is very distinguishable from a shiver.. not like a cold shiver.. it dose not feel the same. the closest thing i can relate it to is a short muscle spasm, or when your extreamly hungry, your stomach does something simmilar. One time it was so intense that i was laying in bed with my blanket on me and it felt like the blanket was moving as a wave above me. very strange.. even thinking about it gives me goosebumps =)

i hope someone could answer my questions .. and provide some insight into this strange thing i get after i practice this Qigong excersise .. thanks in advance..
