If I am slighly Yin in nature, should I face a north rather than south when I do my Qigong sets so as to bring more balance into my personality?

Also, if a person's health is slightly yin deficient, should the Qigong sets be modified?

Bill,
Don't modify the sets. The exercises "balance" your system.
The direction to face can change daily, based on your needs. Somebody out there correct me if I have this wrong or miss some details...
Stand upright, feet pretty close together so your balance is high, almost like you could be moved off balance if a stiff wind came up.
Stand relaxed, close your eyes, open up,,,palms face forward(?)[in relation to feeling],, Ask the master to "help you face the best direction for your exercise today". Allow yourself to move/turn until you stop. Trust your alignment. The sense of this gets better with practice.

Thanks. I wasn't going to change the sets. But I've noticed one while looking around for a location that feels right, that I never considered north - always south out of habit. North, for me, seemed to have a feel of it's own. Think I will try it to see how it consistently feels. Was just wondering about a Yin/Yang predominace with those directions.
