HI
I recently purchased basically everything from this website in a last desperate attempt to regain my health and recover from a sucidal depresssion. I immediatley found all the courses very useful especially the parilliminals, natural brilliance and photoreading. I went from feeling like a pile of dung to a normal positive human being. In my haste i went off of some of my anti-depresant drugs thinking i was all better. BUt i went on a bit of a downer and the pariliminals where only scratching the surface of the depression. Then i tried the Spring Forest Qi Gong and it really helped. It brought me all the way back up. (the pariliminals i find work best when i am up)
well im back on the drugs and balanced out now, and finding the active exersice very useful. I have a senseless horrible pain in my chest due to grief causing situation depression. Now ive done the active exercise twice in total and both times it was very rejuvinating. Just thought u guys would like a positve story of the help spring forest has offered me. I wonder how far i can get if i can ccontinue--- mabey i will one day recapture my hapiness and vigor?
wish me luck
walk in peace

James,
It is great to hear you are experiencing success so quickly! That is a good sign. Stick with it. We are all connected, your success is our success.
Continued work will provide more stability. Lighten up, and let go of the heaviness. Remember to smile. Smile inward. Open up to the universe. You "will" regain your happiness and vigor. Make positive statements. Support yourself. I am sure I speak for more people than myself, in sending you our support. There is no limit to how far you can get. --gallen

James, thanks for sharing your experience with the active exercises. Please keep doing them. As you begin to feel a sense of well being, you may want to think of getting into a daily practice pattern. One thing that counters depression is setting goals and moving your self into the future. Practicing every day for a week and taking stock and then setting a little more ambitious goal. in the past having a patient attitude has helped me set longer practice goals such as 100 consecutive practice days or even 300.
Sorry, if it sounds like a lot.
Breathing with the Universe works with the lungs so would likely be a good active exercise for depression. Have you found a particular exercise helpful, such as that one or Seven Steps of New Life?
Best wishes, JW
