I recently purchased 21 of your paraliminal tapes ( everything except the stop smoking one), the photoreading package, qi gong, natural brilliance, memory optimizer, and eupohria
I am a sucidal 18 year old teen who recently lost his father in a brutal sudden car accident and since then have lost interest in school, my remaining family and life.
Purchasing these products are my last desperate hope (spent every last cent i own). (i have tried phsycologists, pschiatrists, anti-depressants, etc and nothing has worked)
My problem is im dealling with extreme grief at the loss of my dad and am trying to recover and become ambitious and intelligent like i was before, but im lost.
spring forest qi gong has taken a few chips of the ice berg of my pain, but i feel still hopelessly lost. Do you think if I could contact master lin he could help? If he could cure cancer mabey he can cure my depression? I've tried just about everything and am at the end of my reach. I guess for him to help i would have to make a personal healing session with him but i live in ontario and am not really sure how far away mineapolis is.
well any help you guys can offer would be very much apreciated
im desperate and at the end of my reach.

Hi,
I just happened to catch your post. I will say a few things, but I am sure you will hear from others too. I regret that you lost your father, and how. I have lost my too, it is a very hard thing to move through. You do move through it, it gets better. As you gain greater spiritual understanding, which your connection to Spring Forest Qigong practice will support, you will be able to transform that grief at some point, into a higher understanding of where you are at and what you are experiencing and feeling. Both you and your father have a spirit that remains connected. At this point it becomes a different relationship. It "is" still a relationship. I am sure he would want you to be well and carry on with your life, which is only beginning.
Now, more immediately, addressing how you feel. Again, I am sure you will hear from more people, we are here for you!
Keep it simple, put away a few of those 21 tapes and focus on you taking one step at a time. I am very happy that the SFQ has chipped away some of what you are going through. Do the active exercise. Stay out of your head and thinking. Focus on the exercise, and do it frequently. Use it as a place of refuge where you can feel good and not think about loss or grief. In particular, focus on your lungs. I am not sure whether or not you have level 2. Put (visualize) white energy in your lungs. In Breathing of the universe, you could visualize releasing blockages from the lungs on the exhale, breathing white energy into the lungs on the inhale, straight from . If you like, put a white tiger in there, protecting your lungs and clearing out any grief or depression. Or a white-white pure lotus. White is the color, focusing on your lungs in the exercises..Staying completely in focus during your exercise, and not letting yourself go to your head and think or experience your grief or depression will give you an important break from you current feelings. It will give you strength, which you need. Also, courage to move forward. You should still be open to talking about this with a professional. Keep trying to find one you can talk to. They can be as different as everybody else out there. Keep that end of it going. You are selfempowered to help yourself through the qigong work, and that can happen now. It will give you much needed relief. Make yourself do it! Keep looking for a professional you can talk to. Email me anytime if you need to connect. I care about you getting through this. As time passes , things will change. Extremes do not last, they change. You will feel better again.
love,
gallen

I was writing too fast and made some typos! It is very important to smile while you do this work. Breath the white energy in , straight from the universe, or heaven. Keep posting here, and let us know how you are doing.

Aloha,

I’m sorry about the loss of your father, I can only imagine what it must be like for you as I love my father very much too. Consider Gallen’s ideas and options and know that you are in my prayers and meditations.

In regards to Gallen comment of "I will say a few things, but I am sure you will hear from others too…" Please know that there are HUNDREDS of members in this forum that empathize and are praying for you –sometimes not knowing what to add or how to show their support after a thorough initial post.

For all those following this post and wondering what you can say or do -a friend of mine recently told me that as prayers are said during a Native American sweat ceremony, members acknowledge what was said by simple expressing the word "Ho". Sometimes just hearing that someone cares and is thinking about me, helps reconnect and remind me that I am not alone.

Another thing that we can do as a community of qigong practitioners is to bring those in crisis or with illness into our meditations. At the beginning of your meditations or active exercise when you’ve connected with the universal energy, invite those you wish to join you. Visualize them starting the exercise along with you. You don’t need to recheck if they’re still doing it, just stay with your own work. At the end of your exercise /meditation, see them happy and full of beautiful, shining energy. Then thank them for coming and have them go back to where they came from.

"Ho"

It is important to not focus on your own depression, but rather to notice that others are in pain too. Try to heal others, then you will notice that others have equal or worse situations in their lives. Always seek the universal love that is out there and seek to give it to someone else. There are and always be evil forces out there trying to bring you and the rest of the world down. The question is, will you do right by your father and demand of yourself the spiritual reserves to combat those forces. Smile right now! Smile deep in your heart and know that you are strong and loving and giving and can give something to the world. The difference depends on your focus. Only you can decide on what you will focus on. Go into the emptyness in as close a lotus position as you can, feel the pain and go through it. This will give you the strength and confidence to get through the rest of your day.
Peace and Blessings to you

Hi

sometimes it is good to acknowledge the past and let go.
try to meditate on the vastness of the universe, more suffering beings who are having greater sufferings.
size of us in the vast universe.
meditate on bright lights, angels , beautiful scenery
benefit others
meditate on emptiness.

In addition to all of the other good information that has been posted for you, I would like to add one additional reference that I found to be most helpful when my mother died of cancer. At the time my father worked on the maintenance staff in a private mental hospital. I gave a copy of "How To Survive The Loss Of A Love" to him to read as well as reading it myself. When he returned to work, one of the mental health nurses asked him if he was reading anything to help him deal with his wife's death. He told her about the book that I had given him. She said that it was the best book on the market and was the one that she recommended to everyone.

The book was written by 3 people who by training are a psychiatrist, a psychologist and a poet. Together they bring to the table recommendations for the mental, physical and emotional stress that such a loss puts us through. The poet puts it into simple easy to understand lanquage. This is not a book of poetry, the poet is just able to boil the complex psycho stuff into simple easy to understand lanquage.

The book is not to replace the success that you can enjoy with your SF course work, but is I believe a valuable supplement.
