I have been practicing SFQ off and on for about six weeks. I suspect that I am one of those people who have serious blockages and need to practice two or three hours for several months (right now I am on disability). I'm having a hard time with the no eating or drinking for 30 minutes guideline because sometimes I'll just have time to do a few exercises and then I have to eat something before I have to go out or I get weak, shaky, irritable. Should I just ignore that guideline and do the exercise? Is it okay to have something light like a piece of fruit or cup of soup? Also, in the level one course he talks about massaging the index and ring fingers to bring blood sugar down, but he doesn't say anything about bringing it up or if you should massage from top to bottom or vice versa. Any feedback would be appreciated.
