Aloha Phil,

What is your sense about coming to MN, June 21st for the two-day class? Master Lin will usually say you can take level 2 right after level 1, however he’d recommend taking some months of practice and being in that space before taking his level 3. It really comes down to what you’re comfortable with and if it aligns for you. Put it out as a question before you go to sleep or at the beginning of your meditation, let it go and see what returns. The end of June is beautiful in Minnesota. Let us know if you’re going to make it and stop by Learning Strategies and say hi if you have the time!

Things will work out perfectly, as they need to. It’s been a year and a half for me of looking forward (sometimes more patiently than others), to the level 4 class. In the meantime opportunities have shown up to retake one of the classes in a retreat setting and special people have come into my life to work with/learn from.

Much love, Shawn

p.s. The classes are very enjoyable. I've done level 3 as both a 2 day and a weekend retreat and would recomend either. The retreat was tough for me since he introduces the purpose and techniques of fasting, AND there was wonderful food there the whole weekend I've talked to many that have also enjoyed and prefered the weekly classes too.
