Greetings,

I've been working with the Level II video and workbook for about 6 months, and have had gradual success with minor healings.

My question is this. Should I consider a trip to Coon Rapids for a SFQG weekend class, or just continue with the workbook and schedule a Level III class sometime next year? I'd be interested to hear anyone's opinions of the classes.

Thanks
Phil

Aloha Phil,

What is your sense about coming to MN, June 21st for the two-day class? Master Lin will usually say you can take level 2 right after level 1, however he’d recommend taking some months of practice and being in that space before taking his level 3. It really comes down to what you’re comfortable with and if it aligns for you. Put it out as a question before you go to sleep or at the beginning of your meditation, let it go and see what returns. The end of June is beautiful in Minnesota. Let us know if you’re going to make it and stop by Learning Strategies and say hi if you have the time!

Things will work out perfectly, as they need to. It’s been a year and a half for me of looking forward (sometimes more patiently than others), to the level 4 class. In the meantime opportunities have shown up to retake one of the classes in a retreat setting and special people have come into my life to work with/learn from.

Much love, Shawn

p.s. The classes are very enjoyable. I've done level 3 as both a 2 day and a weekend retreat and would recomend either. The retreat was tough for me since he introduces the purpose and techniques of fasting, AND there was wonderful food there the whole weekend I've talked to many that have also enjoyed and prefered the weekly classes too.

Well, Rats! I just read that the weekend level III training is in June and because of vacation schedules, It does not look like I will be able to make it. Is there one level III classes at some other time. This really makes me ask for Learning Strategies Corp to come out with a Level III course. I know it would be better in person, but some of us do not have that luxury. Everyone should have the chance to be the best healer he/she can be regardless of geographical location. I envision a better world where everyone has the ability to heal others, if this were so, then there would be very little sickness either mental or physical. Maybe it won't happen in my lifetime. But it is a possibility and it is only possible if more people believe it could happen.

Peace Joel

Aloha Joel,

Consider then, the Level III retreat May 17-19, 2002. The Koinonia Retreat Center is a beautiful setting and as I mentioned above -their meals are wonderful too!

Much love, Shawn

Ok, Will make the reservation as soon as I get confirmation that I have the time available. OOOPs - Wait a minute I have knee problems. Do I have to be able to do Lotus position to do the class?
