I am contemplating purchasing the SFQ home study course but I have a couple of questions. Does anyone practising notice an improvement in seasonal allergies with out taking medication?

I working in front of a computer screen 8 10 hours a day. I have projects that I would like to pursue on my own time, but my eyes are too tired to allow me to do this, or pretty much anything else as my concentration seems to be affected.

Would SFQ help me with this as well as improve my overall health?

I don't have allergies, but they are part of your overall health, and SFQ will definitely help that. I experience more energy, and require less sleep when I am on a regular exercise/meditation schedule. For you, regarding the long computer exposure, I would try to break up that time with some short breaks during the day to practice too. Ten minutes before lunch, 20 would be great, a short break mid afternoon... It would make a huge difference. For now, if you could get outside on a break and shift your eyes focal point from close up to far away, take in the green color of the growing things, look off into the sky. Just getting away from the energy of the computer/electricity periodically. If you practice qigong, you can accomplish alot in ten minutes with various exercises or short meditations to maximize your break time.
