Does anyone know about the Level 3 Spring Forest Qigong course, or has anyone taken it and can shed some light on obtaining this higher part(s)?
I received Level 2 a few weeks ago and found it to be much more than I expected: truly marvelous.
After two decades of Yoga practice and teaching, I decided to try SFQ after surgery: the surgeon informed me that I would not be able to practice any exercies, not even Yoga, for a year after the surgery. Qigong seemed like a simple set of exercises without the exersion of regular exercse or the bending and twisting of Yoga. Therefore, I decided to do SFQ after the surgery. Actually, I started one week prior to sergury to get the familarity with the exercises, breathing, visualizations, and meditation.
The results have been nothing short of truly transformational and amazing. My recuperation has been excellent and without any pain medication since awakening from the operation. I have found, also, that I am able to go deeper and much faster using either the SFQ Active Exercises or its meditation technique: that deeper level of bliss, stillness and oneness is no longer the sought after mystery but a ever present and repeatable experience. Finally, I've never felt more at home in my body than since practicing SFQ.
I know, I'm just a little baby with respect to SFQ; but, I know a good thing when I find it; and, it is Spring Forest Qigong.
Having given this brief background, you can immagine how eager I am to learn more of this SFQ. Would someone, anyone, please point me in the right direction to go further .... Any and all advise, suggestions, comments is welcomed.
Thank you,
