I was searching through some previous posts about yin yang water and came across a posting of Peter Bisonette back in March 2001 stating that a video for weight loss would be available in the summer of 2001. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks much.

Master Lin made a limited run video of specific Qigong exercises for weight loss.
I don't believe it's been taken any further. Email me if you'd like me to check if any videos from that run are still available.

I would be interested in the weight loss run as well if you happen to find anything out. I have recently had a baby about four months ago and still retain a very stretched and large stomach. Angel was 10 pounds, 11 ounces when she was born a month overdue and my stomach is still quite large.

I have the Weight Loss Video. Master Lin teaches 5 exercises, 4 to do while standing and one to do sitting on a chair. In the tape there is a 1/2 hour practice with Master Lin. The exercises are easy to follow. I saw the tapes on sale this past weekend at the Spring Forest Qigong Association Annual meeting. Retail price was $31 and for members, $18.
