Hi,

I'm planning on doing 10min of SFQ each morning, what do you recommend me to do?

A) Do all the movements in 10min
B) Do just some of the movements, always the same
C) Do a few diferent movements, changing them each day

Thank you!

Aloha Rogin,

10 minutes...well, I'd suggest spending that 10 minutes with one exercise.

I'd then suggest after the three breaths and password ask what exercise would be best for you at that time -then do it.

Suggestion # 3 would be to spend time doing the exercise that you don't like doing, as it tends to be the one that would benefit you the most.

Suggestion #4 would be to make time during the week to do the sitting meditations. If there's one thing Chunyi would always recommend is making sure to meditate.

Much Love, Shawn

Certainly.

Although you may do less than an hour it isn't recommended as the most gain is had when producing more delta wave patterns in the brain.

The first 20 mins of the Dive soundtrack take you down to delta and hold you there for the remaining 10 mins. Immersion simply holds you in this state. (unless you are on the deeper levels of the program, it may then take you to either a 1.5, 0.5 or 0.3Hz delta pattern. Depending where you are at.)

You may do up to an hour and a half a day by listening to the Immersion soundtrack twice though. This is totally optional however and there is no reason to do it unless you wish to progress a bit faster.

I have noticed on this forum that you need to have at least half an hours break between doing something like Holosync and SFQ.

Best wishes
