Heartbeat Member Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 106	Hi: I received a sample CD on Spring Forest Qigong in the mail. What makes this Qigong special? Is it different from other types of Qigong? I need testimonials on why you like this practice so I can decide if I am going to spend money on it. I greatly appreciate your time on this.
