Hi, I've just signed up for qigong so haven't experienced it fully yet, though I was introduced to it several years ago by a Tai Chi master that was running classes in my area and have some idea of it's power.

In the last few months I've been getting back into yoga (Iyengar), my interest being re-vitalised by Holosync meditation. Will qigong replace yoga or complement it? From what I have seen it's more like a pranayama practice, would that be correct or are there more physical parts to it? Anybody practicing the whole smorgasbord? Would be better to just concentrate on qigong for a while when I receive it or just add it to my morning/evening practice? I guess this will become clear but wondered if anybody had any thoughts about this?

I would be interested to hear how you balance your time fitting in work, life, holosync, qigong and yoga... I would like to fit all of these (and natural health and diet and study of all of the above) into my days and am struggling with time... any hints?
