kev,
A white tiger is white with black stripes. More appropriate in this case is the white part, as it applies to the five element color associated with the lungs. Seeing the 'light' aspect to the white is good to. The radiance.. In SFQ white light/energy is put into the lungs, or a person can see their lungs as bright white. Remember, that when you use an image like this tiger, it becomes a spiritual-energy helper, so internal respect and thanks is called for. The image helps you, has presence, and therefore is treated with respect, just like the master's energy, or for SFQ practioners who have done level 4, a rainbow is summoned. These things are done, after merging with the universe, and utilizing the master's energy. As I said , the tiger idea comes from five element/ Taoist method. It isn't superior to just using white, but there is a nice animation to it, or strong image, that a younger person might connect too. The lungs also relate to the positive emotions of righteousness and courage, which a tiger image nicely supports. The 'white' part is important, and underlying this image. -g

Thanks for this amplification Gallen. Alice had some tightness again last night after a tiring first day at school and used your ideas again to help her. She had a pleasingly comfortable night and awoke with good energy this morning. I talked to her about the tiger and described it as a kind of holy tiger, which she semed to relate to. Later in the evening she was talking about the tiger wrapping itself round her lungs and eating lots of energy - I moved her towards the idea that he was eating the excess energy that she didn't need in her lungs at present.

I've been very pleased with the way that both of my kids have relaxed with the idea of 3 sm universe rotations. I wouldn't have predicted that they would be able to take to it so well. Claerly a little more openness needed on my part here! I'm beginning to think that if something is emergetically a good idea they will find a way to engage with it. After all those notions come from the emptiness that they have come from much more recently than us!

Love Kev
