I heard there was a hard cover due in a month or two. This was all dependend on if there was no delays with the publisher or something like that. The web site is also advertising it I think. It shows that with S/H the price would be $19 range.
Opps forgot to mention that the Web site is still in development stages and will be open to the public soon with out the PW prompt.
