I should have mentioned this in the other thread but looked at this one second. I think it is harder because, at least in my case I am working with older people who have rigid belief systems. Some are a little more open but I can not say that I have had a direct and concentrated secession of any kind. I guess I am doing it similar to you and when and where ever I can but it is more subtle than anything else. I do realize it is all helpful but would love to be able (as you mentioned in Jetay thread) have a more concentrated opportunity with an open and willing patient.
