Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong Scars and Eyesight

I received my Level 1 course 3 days ago and have done the practices at least 1 hour per day. I am astonished by the results I have received already. First, pain from a torn meniscus in my left knee is almost gone and my knee is becoming more flexible. My right shoulder which has been painful with weightlifting is almost healed too.

I left a career 5 years ago and have tried several different businesses with little success. Needless to say it has been financially challenging. Since starting the practice I have this renewed sense of hope and certainty that this is all going to work out just fine. It’s all pleasantly strange.

I have since ordered the Level 2 course. Does anyone have any experiences with healing/removing scars? Is that possible? What about improving vision? I read on the website that the Level 2 course addresses that. Thanks for your input.

First of all, I hate you. Just kidding. Three days and that kind of results. That's fantastic.

Yes scar removal / reduction is in the SFQ domain. The level II course does address eye sight issues. Which is something I'll be looking into. I'm at that age where reading glasses would have been an almost certainty in some years. I still have 12 to 14 inches of arm length left.

BTW, after reading the first paragraph of your post. I said to myself, "How about sending some of your energy this way". By the time I got to the bottom of the second paragraph I felt a wave of it.
