During our retreat, I believe Master Lin mentioned he could 'see' engery in a persons body.

Is this taught in level 3 or 4? And does it make use of the third eye?

Reason I ask, is it a question I seem to want answered.

I had assumed that seeing energy came with opening of the third eye. Of course I could be wrong.

so we've got our work set out for us and you'll be on your zooming in on your goal, and I'll be further along my path.

I have a book that lists several exercises to do to open the third eye.

Apparently you'll be able to see a whold lot more that just engery apparently!

Yeah, face time would be good. I'm usually pretty flexible except for Tues/Thurs ... Jit Jitsu with the kids.

This weekend is booked, being as popular as I am.

I would have loved to gone to the PR retreat. It would have been even more appealing if Master Lin trained the additional two days that were left on the week. Hint! Hint! LSC

Lets see if we can hook up sometime next week ok?

You mean Hint Hint for the next time they offer the PR retreat, right.

I'd say a level III course this summer would be the best idea. However, It would have to be put together well before the June level III course, because I'll be going to that unless some better arrangements occur.

Okay, this is going to far from you desire to see energy, and I know this is important to you.

Try looking at someone with photofocus slightly side on and don't discount what you can see. Because you're looking with your peripheral vision its likely only going to appear white. Because they say peripheral vision is supposedly only in black and white. I found it to be in colour like regular visions though I remember it being black and white when I first started playing with noticing it.

Third eye and psychic skills training, along with a discussion of working with auras are developed in the level 3 and 4 classes.

FYI: There is a difference in seeing/working with a person's aura and seeing the person's internal energy channels.

A simple trick when trying to see auras or feel the energy is to make a throat friction when you breathe. The larynx and the third eye (anja charka) have a close relationship. When you stimulate your larynx, you’re also stimulating the anja charka, making it more active so you not only intensifying the ability to see auras, but also to feel the energy much better. You can rub your hands together in about 20 sec. and after hold the hands at chest level palm facing upwards. Feel the tingling sensation in your hands and notice how strong the vibration is. Next – start doing the throat friction (breath normal but make a low and a deep sound comming from your larynx position) then take your awareness to your third eye, and then take your awareness to you palms. If you do it right- you should feel the vibration in your hand and third eye MUCH stronger than before.

This is a key exercise to use when starting to learn how to see and feel energy. Developing the auric sight takes a long time – that’s why most energy classes always teach you to learn how to feel the aura first.

I’ve tried countless of tricks from many sources – none which could make me see auras like you learn how to tie your shoes. However the use of the throat friction is by far the best technique I’ve discovered on the way. Try experimenting with it – especially if you aren’t good to feel the energy with your hands..

And don’t forget to see without seeing. – By this I mean, don’t focus or looking at a particularly object, - still your mind and try feeling the image rather that seeing it. This opens the door to the soul. Your mind is the filter that hides the subtle energy from you, - therefore you have to try to avoid the filter(mind) as much as possible to open the door.
