I just wanted to share that my entire life is opening up since starting SFQ. I can't remember when I have felt this peaceful and happy. My body also is going through a metamorphosis, becoming more energetic and flexible. I'm naturally waking up after only 5 hours of sleep, usually I can't wait to do the active exercises when I rise.
I'm so very grateful to Master Lin. Thank you LSC for sending me that little booklet about SFQ.
