Steely, as for sinuses I've noticed a significant improvement in my own condition.
However, my daughter has a worse problem. Spending long periods very stuffed up. Making it hard to pronounce a foreign language properly. I've worked her energy using material from the SFQ II course and seen really nice results. If I notice she's starting to get stuffed up, I'll find some time to work on her. So far, it's three for three. It's not immediately cleared up. It is in my visualization, but in her head it's within an hour (I'm not timing it, and sometimes I do it while she is sleeping). The fact is I have several years of watching her congestion coming on and lasting weeks.
Hey a doubter could find something to declare it a coincident with something else, but I see the start, take action, then see the result. I'm happy.
BTW, I've only been at it a couple of months.
