I hope you are all well...
In my last thread we were discussing all sorts of things including 'levels' 'differences' etc. and so I thought you may be interested in the following. My focus has been on SFQG and more generally healing energy; well the other day in martial arts practice I hit someone very hard (through a protective pad I might add) and they felt the energy come through the pad and travel through them. So far so good but the strike didnt hurt at all (and usually even with a thick pad it does)- in fact the guy said he suddenly felt really good! Later on he called me to say he was still 'buzzing' and had been feeling under the weather until that strike.
My take on this is that because I have been focussing on love, compassion and healing energy that subconsciously that's what I sent.
Its made me the butt of some of my fellow artists jokes
