starfish Member Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 68 Philadelphia, PA, USA	Hi Ascending1: My compass always moves me in a clockwise direction. I start by facing east with my eyes closed. Sometimes I do turn all the way around to where I started. Other times I will move partially around, half way around, etc. I have not noticed a specific pattern. I practice SFQ between 5:30 and 6:30 am. I live in Philadelphia.
