thank you for this ascending1. I do know that I have been able to send healing from my 'own' resources in the past but doubts creep in when there is less urgency. I am still chewing over all these replies and realsie that i need to have a different view of meditation to the one I have previously have. I am working on a number of observations and questions to come back with when my workload diminishes a little!
